Inkdraft /// v1 [ Book demo ]

// Cold-email writer for outbound SDRs

Stop sending
dogshit
emails.

// Today you're writing:

> "another generic AI email"

// After 4 minutes with Inkdraft:

> "the actual best email you've sent this week"

Inkdraft is an AI cold-email writer for SDRs who can tell good copy from bad. It reads each prospect, drafts in your voice, and stops you shipping spray-and-pray slop. No "I noticed you work at <Company>..." Ever.

How it
works.

Three steps. No 60-day onboarding. No "transformation specialist".

01

// connect

Plug in your CRM & inbox.

OAuth into HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach. Read-only by default. No permission creep, no "we'll need 47 scopes".

02

// train

Feed it your best emails.

Paste 5–10 of your top performers. Inkdraft learns your voice, your structure, the way you open. It doesn't generate "warm regards" sludge.

03

// draft

Draft in 4 minutes per prospect.

Paste a prospect URL or LinkedIn. Get a draft email rooted in their actual context. Edit. Send. Or hit regenerate. You're still the writer.

// section_02

What's actually in the box.

No enterprise feature bloat. No "AI insights dashboard". The four things that make outbound copy stop sucking.

[ 01 ]

Voice cloning that doesn't lie.

Trained on your sent folder, not generic "professional B2B" templates. If you write blunt, it writes blunt. If you ramble, it learns to ramble at the right time.

[ 02 ]

Real prospect research.

Pulls signals from their company blog, recent funding, job postings, podcast appearances. Not "I noticed you went to Stanford in 2007."

[ 03 ]

Anti-template guardrails.

Blocks "I hope this email finds you well", "quick question", "circling back", and 300+ other tells. Your reps can override. Most don't.

[ 04 ]

Reply-rate post-mortems.

Every Friday, a one-page brief: which openers worked, which framings tanked, what to drop next week. Written in plain English, not dashboard pie charts.

// manifesto

Most "AI email tools" produce content that no SDR worth their seat would actually send. We built Inkdraft because we're tired of pretending the output is fine.

Things you'd
ask first.

won't this just get my domain on spamhaus?

no, because inkdraft never sends for you. drafts go into your rep's own mailbox — no shared IP, no pooled sender, no Spamhaus-bait infrastructure. you keep your existing warm-up routine, your daily caps, your DKIM/SPF/DMARC. replies route straight back to the rep's inbox so engagement signals stay clean. the worst we can do to your domain reputation is help your reps write fewer "circling back" emails — which is the opposite of getting blacklisted.

how do you stop the output from sounding like every other GPT email?

we ground every draft on the rep's last 30 sent threads (cadence, sentence length, opener pattern, sign-off, the way they swear or don't) plus prospect-specific signals — recent funding, job posts, podcast appearances, blog drift. tone variability is forced at generation time, so two emails to the same persona don't share the same skeleton. and there's a 300+ phrase blocklist for "I hope this finds you well", "quick question", "circling back", "noticed you're hiring" — the tells that scream LLM. output reads like a human who actually did the homework.

does it work with our sequencer?

native integrations with Outreach, Apollo, Smartlead, Lemlist, and Salesloft — drafts push straight into the next step of an active sequence with one click. for teams mid-migration or running something niche (Instantly, Reply, Mailshake, in-house) we ship a CSV import/export so nothing gets stuck. no requirement to rip out your stack. inkdraft sits in front of the sequencer, not on top of it.

what stops a rep just blasting it?

per-mailbox daily caps you set as a manager (default 40 / day, hard ceiling at 80). every draft has a mandatory review step — no one-click "send to all". manager-side audit log shows every generation, every edit, every send, with the prospect URL and final body diff. if a rep tries to disable review or push past the cap, you get a Slack alert. the tool is built around the assumption that a thoughtful rep is the bottleneck — not a feature to remove.

pricing?

$79 per active mailbox, per month. billed monthly, in USD. no setup fee, no implementation services, no 12-month minimum. cancel any time from the workspace settings — we'll prorate the unused days back. mailbox is "active" only if it generated at least one draft that month, so you don't pay for benched reps. annual prepay knocks 15% off if your finance team prefers it.

// closing

Write better
or write less.

15 minutes on a call. We rewrite a real email of yours, live. If it's worse than what your team is shipping today, hang up.

About

Inkdraft

Inkdraft was founded in Brooklyn by a team that's been on both sides of the table — carrying outbound bags at fast-growing B2B companies and building software for the SDRs who do the actual work.

We started this because the tools we kept being sold ignored the craft: the judgement, the prospect context, the rep's own voice. We wanted to build something that respects all of that and amplifies it instead of flattening it into the same beige LLM sludge.

We're a small team in Greenpoint, intentionally so. We answer our own emails. We ship slowly and carefully. We'd rather have 100 customers who love what we do than 10,000 who barely use it.

Cookies

Last updated 10 May 2026

Inkdraft keeps cookie use minimal. Here's exactly what's set:

Essential

A short-lived session cookie if you submit a form, so we can deliver the success state. Auto-deletes when you close your browser.

Analytics

We use Plausible — a privacy-friendly, EU-hosted analytics tool that doesn't store your IP, doesn't follow you around the web, and doesn't sell anything. No tracking pixels, no Facebook, no Google.

What we don't use

No advertising cookies. No cross-site trackers. No "consent management platform" because we don't set cookies that require consent under the CCPA, applicable U.S. state privacy laws, or — where applicable — GDPR for EU residents.

Opting out

California residents and residents of other states with comparable privacy laws have a "do not sell or share" right — there's nothing to opt out of here, because we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you'd rather not appear in our aggregate analytics, your browser's "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signal or any major content blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave) blocks the Plausible script entirely.

Data Processing Agreement

Last updated 10 May 2026

This summary describes how Inkdraft acts as a service provider / data processor when our customers entrust us with personal data. For EU customers, this includes our role under GDPR Article 28, with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable for cross-border transfers from the EU to the United States. For U.S. customers, this includes our role as a "service provider" under the CCPA and as a "processor" under comparable U.S. state privacy laws. A signed DPA is available for any business customer on request.

Roles

You are the controller / business. Inkdraft is the processor / service provider. We act on your documented instructions and don't process the data for any other purpose, including no "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

Sub-processors

We use a short list of vetted sub-processors (hosting, analytics, CRM). The current list is available on request and we'll notify you of additions with at least 30 days' notice.

Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access on a strict least-privilege basis with audit logging. Annual penetration testing. SOC 2 Type II in progress; happy to share the bridge letter.

Data location

U.S. and EU data-residency options are available. Default for new U.S. customers is U.S.-only; default for EU customers is EU-only. Cross-border transfers from the EU to the U.S. are governed by SCCs plus our supplementary measures.

Breach notification

We notify you within 24 hours of a confirmed material breach affecting your data, with the information required for your own regulatory disclosures (state AG notifications, GDPR Article 33, etc.).
